We are offering worldwide shipping service. We ship from US, UK and EU. But even if you are located outside of those regions, you can still purchase from us. We can delivery to almost any country in the World, but naturally deliveries outside US, UK and EU will take slightly longer. 

We require 1 to 2 business days to custom make your order. Once made, it will take approximately 5- 10 business business days to arrive at the shipping address specified for most US and EU orders. For international orders, it can take another 5-15 days with potential delays with customs clearance.

*Please note: International shipments may experience additional charges in import / duties. If you would like to know prior to ordering, please contact your local customs office for import pricing.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments, either via Shopify Payments or PayPal. Both are 100% secure and use SSL encryption.

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to make a purchase. However, if you already have an account with PayPal, you certainly may use it.

We want you to love what you bought. So if you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, we can sort out a replacement or store credit for situations where:

- Wrong item (size, color, print etc.) was delivered;

-Defective item delivered.

There’s no need for return items at this point. Just get in touch with us and we will arrange replacement item with no cost to you.

Not in love with your new purchase? You can return it to us within 30 days after you have received it. When you return an order, you have a few compensation options to choose from:

- Replacement Order - we send you a replace item and only ask you to cover shipping cost;

- Voucher - We email you a credit code with the same value as your original order, which you can put to a new DaVatka purchase;

- Full Refund - we refund cost of the item to your original payment method (Paypal, Credit Card, etc).

Returned goods must be new, not used and not damaged.
